Mr. Chancé is the President of Quantalain SASU, Founder and CEO of Alainquant, President of MolKet SAS, and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is also a Society Affiliate of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and member of the American Physical Society (APS). Mr. Chancé is a Qiskit® Advocate and IBM Certified Associate Developer - Quantum Computation using Qiskit®v0.2X since 2021. He earned his Master’s Degree in Science and Executive Engineering from MINES Saint-Etienne, France, in 1981. Mr. Chancé is the co-author of the book titled “Quantum Permutation Pad with Qiskit Runtime.
