For the past decade, Jay has served as a Senior Development Manager, overseeing a team of developers specializing in Microsoft D365 Business Central and delivering innovative ERP solutions to clients across diverse industries. With deep expertise in programming languages such as C#, Python, and SQL, and proficiency in modern tools like Azure AI Services, Docker, and DevOps, Jay is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address complex business challenges and drive innovation.
Eng. Jay’s academic journey began with a Bachelor in Engineering, followed by an MBA in IT Management and a Postgraduate degree in AI and ML – Business Applications. Currently, Jay is pursuing a Doctor of Engineering (DEng) in AI at George Washington University.
