Dr. Yemer is a full professor, educator, and international strategy consultant specializing in business, strategic management, organizational leadership, and research methods. A Fellow of the Academy of Management, he has served in senior academic leadership roles, including associate dean and department head, and has taught graduate and undergraduate courses since 2007.
He is the author of Leading Strategically: New Thinking for Entrepreneurs, Organizations, and Your Personal Life (2013), with a new edition of Leading Strategically forthcoming. Dr. Yemer also serves as a Senior Research Strategies Consultant and Credentialed Certified Coach at Scientific Strategy Global Consulting (SSGC), where he supports universities, corporations, and nonprofits through leadership development, executive coaching, course design, and organizational transformation.
Dr. Yemer holds an MPA, MBA, and PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a concentration in leadership and organizational change. A Distinguished Toastmaster and award-winning educator, he has been recognized in Who’s Who in America (2024–2025) and featured on the cover of Millennium’s Marquis Magazine (2025). His work reflects a sustained commitment to leadership excellence, strategic thinking, and high-performance organizations.
