Ms. Conway manages the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for all training courses. She monitors the demand for these training courses and programs, competitions, and prices in local, domestic and global markets. She works with the NATI team to organize relevant public and networking events, identify potential new clients, initiate and execute an approved action marketing plan to increase student enrollment based upon written Ms. Conway oversees the workforce development programs, specifically the Hospitality and Event Management Certificate Program. She reports directly to the Executive Director.
