This course covers general accounting principles, fraud prevention and deterrence in private and public companies, fraud risk assessment, ethics, financial transactions and fraud schemes, investigation, and laws and regulations related to fraud. North America Technical Institute (NATI) does not guarantee a student a passing score on the CFE Exam. CFE industry certification requirements may vary from state to another state. A student is required to check on these requirements before applying to this prep course.
